What are the necessities of life?

All these things are requirements of life till the day we are living in this world. Their need ends with the end of our lives.

What is it that will give us a permanent life, a peaceful life, full of joy, a life of calmness, tranquility and serenity, a life without pain, sickness or suffering, a life with no defects and shortcomings, a life with endless happiness, a life where nothing will fade, rather where every blessing will be eternal, unblemished and limitless.

Do we desire to live such a life? Do we hope for it?

The question is are we working to achieve it?

Allah swt says in Surah Anfal verse 24:

يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱسۡتَجِيبُواْ لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمۡ لِمَا يُحۡيِيڪُم….. ‌ۖ

“O you who believe! Give your response to Allah and His Messenger, when they call you to that which will give you life.”

Allah and His Rasool (s.a.w) are inviting us all to respond to their call through Quran and Sunnah, that which will give us eternal life, that which will be a means of our salvation and a source of earning the approval of Allah. It is an open invitation for us to earn the natural beauties of Paradise just by obeying them, to earn a place where climate will be so beautiful, neither burning sun nor bitter cold, no boredom no tension.

Are we prepared to answer them?

“So is there any one who remembers, Is there anyone who is thankful, Is there anyone who returns, And is there any one who would respond?”

“So how good it is to respond to the call of Allah and His Rasool and this is what is expected from a person with intellect. And turning away from Rasool and what he brought from the Deen is something that is disliked, not accepted and should be denied. No one would dare do such a thing if he has a heart that ponders and a mind that thinks.”
